4. Use good quality belts for the protection of bolts and do the work of rust and dust prevention, thus not only can significantly reduce the probability of failure, but also easily adjust the belt.
5. Install the speed monitoring device. When the speed of bucket elevator exceeds a predetermined range, it can alarm and also switch off the air in order to protect the device.
6. Set the block plate to avoid backflow, and the distance between the hopper should be about 15mm,which is appropriate.
